We build one thing, for one kind of organization.
An association management system where membership, dues, events, communications and reporting sit on the same member record. We build for associations, and for nothing else. The people you talk to during a selection are the people who build it.
Build against the work that repeats
The important things you care about are easy. The jobs we design against are the ones your staff does over and over: renew a member, register an event, close a month, get a report out. Those are the ones we make short, because they are what the week is actually made of.
Take the shape your association already has
Some associations have people as members. Some have companies with staff holding seats. Plenty have both at once, with chapters, sections and committees underneath. Every one of them runs on one structure, under the names your association already uses, so nobody reorganizes the association to suit the software.
Leave the association holding its own data
A saved report produces a file the association keeps. Members reach you at your own address and never see a sign-in page with our name on it. And an association that leaves takes its data with it. The record belongs to the association that built it.
